PURPLELUCK provide a 6-month warranty on jewellery, covering plating and manufacturing defects.

Coverage: The warranty applies to all jewellery products, covering issues such as plating defects or manufacturing faults that are discovered within six months of delivery.

To initiate a warranty claim, please upload a photo or video of the product, include the original invoice, and describe the issue.

Timeline: The warranty can be claimed any time within six months from the date of delivery.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond plating/manufacturing defects.

Resolution: After your claim is reviewed, PURPLELUCK will repair or replace the product as per the policy.
Lifetime Plating Service
PURPLELUCK offers a lifetime plating service to help your jewellery maintain its original shine and luster over the years. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility: The service is available for eligible PURPLELUCK jewellery, but excludes multitone jewellery, oxidised jewellery, and pieces with stones, diamonds, pearls, black beads, coins, rakhis, God idols, and utensils.

When to Claim: You can claim the lifetime plating service after 180 days from the date of delivery of your jewellery.
